Manufactured through integral free forging, followed by quenching and tempering heat treatment and multiple stages of CNC precision turning, this forged shaft is a critical load-bearing component widely used in metallurgical rolling mills and heavy-duty mechanical transmission systems.
The shaft features a dense internal structure and continuous grain flow, providing excellent strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance. After quenching and tempering treatment, it achieves a balanced combination of mechanical properties, with outstanding wear resistance and impact resistance.
The shaft body is designed with a multi-step structure for the installation of bearings, gears, couplings, and other transmission components. The journal fitting areas are precision-machined to achieve a mirror-like surface finish, while dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerances are strictly controlled to ensure reliable assembly and long-term operation.
Available in various materials, including carbon steel and alloy steel, the shaft length, diameter, keyway dimensions, and other specifications can be fully customized according to customer drawings. Complete quality documentation, including ultrasonic testing reports and material inspection certificates, can also be provided.
This forged shaft is widely applied in rolling mill main drives, wind turbine main shafts, gearbox output shafts, marine propulsion shafts, and other high-torque, heavy-load transmission applications.

Yancheng ACE Machinery Co., Ltd.: Established in 2019, it occupies 20 acres with a floor area of 13,333 square meters. It possesses an integrated welding-straightening structural steel production line and a precision machining workshop.
Yancheng ACE Surface Treatment Technology Co., Ltd.: Operates a heavy-duty power & free chain large-scale powder coating production line. Focusing on professional surface treatment technology, One-time coating thickness achieves 400μm, providing reliable anti-corrosion and weather-resistant protective performance and appearance optimization solutions, enhancing the group's full life-cycle product services.
