Forged gear racks are mainly used in shield machines, wind turbine yaw systems, cranes, metallurgy, and mining equipment. Made of alloy steel via forging, heat treatment, and precision hobbing, they feature high strength and fatigue resistance. Customization based on drawings is available with NDT and performance inspection. We provide one-stop service from design to after-sales with a stable lead time. High impact resistance, high precision, and longer service life make them ideal for heavy-duty working conditions.

Hydro turbine forgings are defined by a specific and demanding set of characteristics that distinguish them from forgings used in any other industrial application. The six most critical characteristics are: superior mechanical strength, excellent fatigue resistance, high cavitation and erosion resistance, precise dime...
View MoreHydro turbine forgings are critical because they form the structural and mechanical backbone of hydroelectric power generation equipment — components that must endure some of the most severe combined loading conditions in any industrial machinery. A hydro turbine runner, shaft, or guide vane carrier operates continuou...
View MoreFor marine propulsion shafts, forged shafts are the superior choice in virtually every demanding application. Forging produces a continuous, aligned grain structure that delivers tensile strengths typically 20 to 40% higher than equivalent cast shafts of the same alloy, along with significantly better fatigue resistan...
