Made of high-strength steel such as 42CrMoA/42CrMo4, the planet carrier is manufactured via integral forging and CNC machining. It features high structural rigidity and excellent deformation resistance, suitable for 3MW-10MW high-power loads with a service life of over 20 years. The bearing position accuracy reaches IT6 grade, which ensures the stable operation of planetary gears and reduces transmission loss.

Reserved maintenance channels facilitate the inspection of internal components, and they comply with the IEC 61400 wind power standard.
